Paul J. Perkowski, CPA is the managing partner with over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting and taxation. Paul began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP becoming a senior audit and tax manager with clients in various industries. After 15 years, Paul left Ernst & Young, LLP to pursue private practice.
He brought the skills and experience obtained from a large public accounting firm to his current clients in the manufacturing, waste-to-energy, service technology, labor and non-profit organizations. He has extensive knowledge with public and private industry, as well as individual and business tax planning and compliance.
Paul is an honors graduate from Montclair State University with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Salvatore V. Patti, CPA is a partner specializing in estates, trusts and other pass-through entities. His previous experience was with Ernst & Young, LLP in tax planning and compliance areas for privately owned entities and closely held companies, partnerships and S corporations. After eight years of diversified experience, Sal joined the firm in 1992. Sal brings another level of expertise to the firm with his background in the restaurant, auto dealership and real estate businesses.
Sal graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeanette A. Nevenglosky, CPA, MBA is a senior manager that has a diverse auditing, accounting and tax background. Jan began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. After several years, she took a position with a large corporation in the internal audit department. Jan continued her career in public accounting before joining our firm in 1998. Jan’s client base includes manufacturing, waste-to-energy, recycling, technology and other service related industries. She has extensive experience in tax planning and compliance in a variety of areas and is an active participant in the firm’s technical review process.
Jan has an MBA in Professional Accounting and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Brian R. Moberg, CPA, MBA is a senior manager that has significant experience in auditing, accounting, and tax. His background includes working with non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, as well as public companies. Brian started his career at KPMG, LLP, and has worked within various industries including, but not limited to, consumer retail, government and service related firms.
Brian has an MBA in International Business from Rider University and a BS in Accounting from The College of New Jersey. Brian is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Louis E. Golia is a senior manager that has a diverse audit, accounting and tax background in the investment banking and real estate industries. Lou’s extensive experience was acquired in the private sector, holding various executive management positions in these industries.
Lou was also involved with regulatory reporting, tax audits and real estate investment decisions prior to joining the firm. Lou is a graduate of Pace University in New York with a BS in Accounting.
